Craig came to carry out a EICR for a rental property with a very tight timeline, he was fantastic. Sadly he uncovered a few things which required attention, but this was no problem at all. The requirements were explained to me and a couple of options were also offered so that the new tenant would still be safe to move in. I went ahead with all recommended repairs and replacements, again this was no trouble for Craig and he actually managed to get everything sorted for me within the original deadline!! Amazing!! I cannot recommend Craig enough, friendly, knowledgable and trustworthy. He takes great pride and care in his work and I certainly won’t be using any other electricians now. I highly recommend Trinity Electrical - they have provided an excellent level of service, and with true value for money pricing! Craig was very responsive, quoted the various jobs very quickly, arrived on time and absolutely nothing was too much trouble, even when we wound up having more things for him to do. He installed a new outdoor plug socket with RCD protection (for a hot tub), installed several light fittings (indoor and outdoor) , and also moved a security alarm panel for us. He did all of these jobs in an extremely professional manner, to the highest standard and with a good sense of humour. We will be using Trinity Electrical for all of our future electrical needs!
