Inspection & Testing

We can carry out many forms of electrical inspections including – Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) which is an in-depth inspection of your property’s electrical systems and installation. This is also a legal requirement for all rented properties (which is also known as Landlords certificate) this is also frequently asked for by solicitors to enable the purchase or sale of a property.

Replacement Consumer Unit

Replacement of your existing Consumer unit (fusebox), bringing it up to date with current Electrical Regulations including fully populated RCBO and SPD boards. We also include the required Certification and Notification with Building Control.

Portable Appliance Testing

Portable appliance testing (PAT) is the term used to describe the examination of electrical appliances and equipment to ensure they are safe to use. Most electrical safety defects can be found by visual examination but some types of defect can only be found by testing.
